Acceptance of Terms

Your access to or use of any freetrip Store service constitutes your agreement to comply with these Terms of Service together with every applicable federal, state, and local statute and regulation. Should you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from using all freetrip Store services. Any individual accessing our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity confirms that they hold the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Use of the Website

You agree to access freetrip Store's services solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless freetrip Store has granted you written authorization stating otherwise. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Breaching any governing law or regulation, including consumer protection and product safety requirements
• Distributing unsolicited advertising, promotional content, or spam through our platform
• Seeking unauthorized entry to our systems, customer accounts, or inventory databases
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation, including posing as freetrip Store personnel or another user

• Submitting fraudulent, excessive, or malicious orders, including orders placed without any intention of receiving the goods
• Reselling freetrip Store products for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent

Product Information and Pricing

freetrip Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error arise in product information, pricing, or availability, we may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information at no cost to you. For goods with natural variability (such as handmade items or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference purposes only; freetrip Store cannot warrant that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order remains subject to product availability and acceptance by freetrip Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your delivery zone and selected time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued identification will be required at delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content across freetrip Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "freetrip Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to freetrip Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any freetrip Store content without our explicit written consent. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) submitted to our platforms may be used by freetrip Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities conducted under your account. You must inform freetrip Store promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You are also responsible for supplying accurate, current contact, delivery, and payment information when placing orders, and for ensuring that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you submit are truthful and complete. If you place an order on behalf of a third party, you alone are responsible for ensuring that third party satisfies all legal eligibility requirements for purchased products, including age restrictions for restricted goods.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of freetrip Store's services shall first be submitted to freetrip Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

freetrip Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our discretion. Where we make material changes to these Terms, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address associated with your account or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using freetrip Store's services prior to the effective date of the changes.
